| MCP_FUNCTION_KEY | No | Azure Functions key for remote MCP endpoint (required when MCP_REMOTE_URL is set). | |
| AZURE_DEVOPS_ORG_URL | No | Azure DevOps organization URL, e.g., https://dev.azure.com/your-org |
