| TURSO_AUTH_TOKEN | Yes | Turso authentication token for the database. | |
| TURSO_DATABASE_URL | Yes | Turso database URL for token and glucose persistence (e.g., libsql://your-db.turso.io). | |
| DEXCOM_ACCESS_TOKEN | No | Optional Dexcom access token for one-time bootstrap when Turso has no tokens. | |
| DEXCOM_REDIRECT_URI | Yes | OAuth redirect URI registered for your Dexcom app. | |
| DEXCOM_CLIENT_SECRET | Yes | Your Dexcom developer client secret from the Dexcom Developer Portal. | |
| DEXCOM_REFRESH_TOKEN | No | Optional Dexcom refresh token for one-time bootstrap when Turso has no tokens. |
