Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| FCC_MIRROR_PATH | No | Directory holding the Form 477 mirror SQLite files. Defaults to data/fcc-mirror. | data/fcc-mirror |
| FCC_BDC_USERNAME | No | FCC account email for BDC API. Without this, BDC tools return a credentials_required error. | |
