| GARMIN_API_KEY | Yes | Your Garmin Personal API key, created from Garmin Connect Settings → Personal API. Shown once; choose up to a year of validity. | |
| LOGIN_PASSWORD | Yes | A long password you type when connecting Claude to the MCP server (used for OAuth consent sign-in). Compared in constant time; 5 wrong attempts lock sign-in for 15 minutes. |
