Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| CONSENSA_NETWORK | No | The Algorand network to use (e.g., testnet, mainnet). | |
| CONSENSA_ENDPOINT | No | The Consensa API endpoint URL. | |
| MAX_CALLS_PER_MIN | No | Maximum number of calls per minute (default: 10). | |
| MAX_PER_CALL_USDC | No | Maximum USDC spend per paid call (default: 0.02). | |
| MAX_SPEND_USDC_PER_RUN | No | Maximum total USDC spend per server run (default: 5.00). | |
| CONSENSA_EXPECTED_PAYTO | No | Optional pay-to address to enforce; server will refuse to pay any other address. | |
| CONSENSA_MCP_PAYER_MNEMONIC | Yes | Your Algorand spend wallet mnemonic (25 words). Required for the paid clearance tool. |
