Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| DESIGN_COMPARE_ALLOWED_ROOTS | No | Optional path-separated directories (`:` on macOS/Linux, `;` on Windows). When set, file reads and `capture_frames` `outDir` outside them are refused (after resolving symlinks). Unset = any local path. |
