Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

`ANTHROPIC_API_KEY`	No	Anthropic API key for server-side AI extraction and read-only preflight. Without it, AI features are explicitly unavailable or LOCAL_VALIDATION.
`PAYPAL_WEBHOOK_ID`	No	Sandbox PayPal webhook ID for the /api/paypal/webhook endpoint.
`PAYPAL_MERCHANT_ID`	No	Sandbox PayPal business merchant ID for the server-configured recipient.
`RECEIPT_PRIVATE_KEY`	Yes	Stable deployment secret/private signing key for receipts. The setup script generates a local one.
`PAYPAL_CLIENT_SECRET`	No	Sandbox PayPal REST application client secret.
`CHECKOUT_ACCESS_SECRET`	Yes	Stable deployment secret for checkout access. The setup script generates a local one.
