# ErgStats

**Talk to Claude or ChatGPT about your Concept2 workouts.**

I train on a Concept2, and every workout I do ends up in my Concept2 Logbook. I wanted to ask my AI assistant about that data the way I'd ask a coach, but it had no way to see it. So I built ErgStats to connect the two, and opened it up so anyone with a Logbook account can use it too.

## How it works

1. Go to [www.ergstats.com](https://www.ergstats.com) and follow the setup guide for your assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or VS Code).
2. Sign in with your Concept2 account when your assistant asks.
3. Ask about your training: "How did my pacing hold up on yesterday's 2k?" or "How many meters did I row each week this block?"

ErgStats can only read your workouts, never change them, and you can disconnect or delete your account at any time. See the [privacy policy](https://www.ergstats.com/privacy) for details.
