Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| CAVI_ADOBE_WORKSPACE | Yes | Absolute directory every tool path is relative to. Required. | |
| CAVI_CHARACTER_ANIMATOR_APP | No | The Character Animator application, when more than one is installed. |
Instructions
Guidance the server publishes about itself, which clients place ahead of the tool catalog so the model reads it before choosing anything.
This server publishes no instructions, or was last inspected before Glama recorded them.

Tools
Functions exposed to the LLM to take actions
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| adobe_statusB | Inspect installation and running process only; no app launch or Apple events. |
| adobe_inspectC | Read native document/layer identities; an unknown command blocks later mutations. |
| adobe_open_copyB | Open a new owned PSD/AI copy from workspace PSD/AI/PNG/SVG. Destination must be new. |
| adobe_create_canvasC | Create a transparent 72 ppi sRGB Photoshop canvas; default depth is 16-bit. |
| adobe_edit_layersB | Rename, hide/show or change opacity of exact paths with expected names in an owned copy. |
| adobe_add_groupC | Create a named group for editable motifs or layered cartoon source parts. |
| adobe_place_imageB | Embed an existing PNG in a named group; x/y uses Photoshop pixels or Illustrator points. |
| adobe_add_rectangleB | Add a filled motif or mask on a new layer; bounds are x,y,width,height in px/pt. |
| adobe_exportC | Export native-depth Photoshop PNG or vector Illustrator SVG by default; PNG24 is explicit. |
| adobe_close_copyB | Save and close only the exact cooperatively owned copy; original documents are not targeted. |
| adobe_operation_controlC | Inspect retained completion; adopt a saved owned copy with both observed hashes, or abandon after app exit. |
| adobe_fontsC | List native font families, styles and exact PostScript names. |
| adobe_add_pathB | Create retained editable Bézier geometry, optionally filled; coordinates use px/pt from top left. |
| adobe_add_textC | Create editable native text using an exact discovered PostScript font and point size. |
| adobe_apply_maskC | Apply a retained named path as a PS layer mask or Illustrator clipping group. |
| after_effects_renderB | Launch aerender for one declared AEP comp/range into a new PNG directory, at most 300s/8GiB. Recipe declares complete dependencies, rational FPS and an existing straight-alpha RGBA PNG output module. Never reuses an artist's AE instance. Timing/dependency declarations are supplied by the caller, not inferred from the proprietary AEP. Stop on any license/account prompt. |
| media_review_movieC | Run free local FFmpeg/ffprobe on pinned frames; MOV retains alpha, MP4 explicitly composites black. |

TDQS
Scored across 17 tools
Most tools target a distinct resource+action (open_copy, create_canvas, place_image, add_text, apply_mask, export, close_copy), so an agent can generally select correctly. The main soft spots are the state-inspection cluster (adobe_status vs adobe_inspect vs adobe_operation_control) and the two geometry creators (adobe_add_rectangle vs adobe_add_path), which require reading descriptions to separate.
The majority are snake_case verb_noun with an adobe_ prefix, but the prefix scheme is split (adobe_*, after_effects_render, media_review_movie) and two tools (adobe_fonts, adobe_operation_control) are noun-only rather than verb-led. Still readable, but not a single predictable convention.
17 tools is at the heavy edge for a single server, but the scope genuinely spans Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects rendering, and FFmpeg review, and each tool maps to a distinct authoring step. Nothing looks like filler, though it is close to the point where splitting by app would help.
The lifecycle is well covered: open/copy, canvas creation, composition primitives (group, image, rect, path, text), layer edit, masking, export, close, and retained-operation recovery, plus render and review for animation. The notable gap is mutation of existing content — no delete/remove, move/transform, or text re-edit tool — so revisions rely on rebuilding or discarding the owned copy.
