Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| QUOTA_MCP_WAIT_PCT | No | Percentage threshold for the recommendation engine to suggest waiting. Overrides the 'wait_pct' config value. | |
| QUOTA_MCP_OPENCODE_DB | No | Path to the OpenCode database file. Overrides the default location. | |
| QUOTA_MCP_MODEL_REGISTRY | No | Path to a model registry file used by the 'pick' command to veto unknown or dead models. | |
| QUOTA_MCP_OBS_LOOKBACK_MIN | No | Number of minutes an observed block event remains active. Overrides the 'obs_lookback_min' config value. |
