Built and maintained by **Car Helper Tools** and served through **Apify's hosted MCP server**, so there's nothing to install.

## Data, licences and limits

All five tools use official open data only and return no personal data.
- NHTSA recalls, complaints and NCAP ratings are US government data and cover US-market vehicles.
- EU Safety Gate alerts are published by the European Commission and don't include every manufacturer recall. Confirm with a dealer using the VIN.
- DVSA MOT statistics are © Crown copyright and published under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
- The EEA CO2 monitoring data is published under CC BY 4.0. The 2025 figures are provisional.
- Cyprus register data comes from data.gov.cy under CC BY 4.0. VIES results are live from the European Commission, and LEI data comes from GLEIF (CC0).
