Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| GWS_MCP_TOKEN_KEY | No | Key used to encrypt and decrypt the token store when storage backend "encrypted_file" is configured (generate a key with `uv run gws-mcp gen-key`). Not needed with the default "keyring" backend. |
