**Verifiable Korea-specific judgment for AI agents.** When your agent reasons about anything Korea-specific — market entry, partner trust, legal/contract, tax/settlement, K-beauty/content, fintech licensing — free web search is fast but unverified. KPN returns a machine-readable **Go / Conditional-Go / Hold** verdict, drafted by AI and **cross-checked by a human expert council**, with a **per-report audit endpoint** (committee DIDs + signatures) so the judgment is verifiable, not just asserted.

> **Honest by design:** deep reports are **async** (minutes — `status_url` polling, SLA stated in discovery), and when evidence is insufficient KPN returns **Hold** rather than a confident guess. That's the point.

## Quickstart (x402 — 3 steps)
1. **Discover** — x402 Bazaar (`korea advisory`) or `GET /ai/discovery`.
2. **Preview (free, no LLM)** — `POST /ai/preview` → output structure + sample STOP/HOLD labels + trust metadata + price.
3. **Pay & receive** — `POST /ai/advisory` with an `X-PAYMENT` header (x402, Base USDC). Returns a `status_url` to poll for the judgment JSON.
