| GITHUB_CLIENT_SECRET | Yes | The client secret from the GitHub App settings. | |
| COOKIE_ENCRYPTION_KEY | Yes | The first random key generated with openssl rand -hex 32. | |
| GITHUB_APP_PRIVATE_KEY | Yes | The whole .pem file from the GitHub App settings, including the BEGIN and END lines. | |
| AUTHORIZED_GITHUB_LOGINS | Yes | Your GitHub username. Separate several usernames with commas. |
