Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| STRIPE_API_KEY | No | Restricted Stripe key with read access to Subscriptions. | |
| BELLMAN_BILLING | No | Billing mode: "off", "shadow" or "on". Defaults to off; shadow or on also require the Stripe secrets. | |
| ANTHROPIC_API_KEY | No | Model key used by the hosted seat when BELLMAN_REAL_MODEL is set. | |
| BELLMAN_OPERATORS | No | Comma-separated user ids allowed to read the report queue, suspend accounts and release handles. | |
