## What’s in this repo

- `app/` — FastAPI hub + MCP (REST + SSE + Streamable HTTP)
- `promote/` — Smithery / MCP Registry metadata
- `ops/` — health checks, CF purge, monitoring (no secrets in repo)

## Local deploy (operators only)

Secrets stay on your machine:

1. Copy `deploy.local.env.example` → `deploy.local.env`
2. Copy `cloudflare.env.example` → `~/.cloudflare.env` on your jump host
3. Run deploy scripts (they load `deploy.local.env` when present)

Do not commit `deploy.local.env`, `.env`, or Cloudflare tokens.
