Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| GITHUB_TOKEN | Yes | GitHub personal access token for API access. Required to avoid rate limits. | |
| MCP_TRANSPORT | No | Transport type: 'stdio' for local/desktop, 'http' for deployed server. Defaults to 'stdio'. | stdio |
| MCP_AUTH_TOKEN | No | Bearer token for authenticating HTTP transport requests. Required when MCP_TRANSPORT=http. |
