Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| BAMBU_IP | No | IP address of the Bambu Lab printer on the LAN. If omitted, the server starts in setup mode and can save credentials via the setup_printer tool. | |
| BAMBU_SERIAL | No | Printer serial number. Use together with BAMBU_IP and BAMBU_ACCESS_CODE when configuring credentials via environment variables. | |
| BAMBU_MQTT_PORT | No | MQTT port used to connect to the printer. Useful when pointing the server at the simulator with a non-default SIM_PORT. | 8883 |
| BAMBU_READ_ONLY | No | Set to 1 to register only read-only tools, disabling pause/cancel/heat/G-code and other control tools. | 0 |
| BAMBU_CONFIG_DIR | No | Directory where the saved .env credentials and maintenance ledger are stored. Defaults to the platform-specific user config directory. | |
| BAMBU_ACCESS_CODE | No | Bambu LAN access code from the printer (not the Wi-Fi password). Use together with BAMBU_IP and BAMBU_SERIAL when configuring credentials via environment variables. | |
| MAINTENANCE_LEDGER_PATH | No | Path to the maintenance ledger JSON file. Defaults to maintenance.json inside the config directory. |
