| TRELLO_UPLOAD_DIR | No | Directory to enable local path uploads; path uploads are off unless this is set and are confined to regular files below it. | |
| TRELLO_ALLOWED_WORKSPACES | No | Comma-separated server-side allowlist of workspace ids or canonical names (not display names). |
