OIC Monitoring MCP Server

Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.
| Name | Required | Description | Default |
|---|---|---|---|
| MCP_LOG_FILE | No | Path to the MCP log file. Unknown env keys are ignored. | |
| MCP_STATELESS | No | Set to true to run without sessions so per-call `environment` arguments are used. Required when running more than one replica without sticky routing. | |
| MCP_AUTH_TOKENS | Yes | Bearer tokens for inbound authentication. Each token is a tenant boundary. Generate with `python -c "import secrets; print(secrets.token_urlsafe(32))"`. | |
| OIC_CONFIG_FILE | No | Path to the server-side oic.ini file, one section per OIC environment. Required for Agent Studio and shared deployments. | |
| HTTP_MAX_RETRIES | No | Number of retries for 429, 5xx and timeout responses. | |
| MCP_ALLOWED_HOSTS | No | Allowlist of Host headers. Set to your public hostname when behind TLS. /healthz is exempt. Disallowed hosts get HTTP 421. | |
| MCP_AUTH_DISABLED | No | For loopback-only experiments, set to true to disable auth instead of setting MCP_AUTH_TOKENS. The server refuses this on any non-loopback address. | |
| MCP_ALLOWED_ORIGINS | No | Allowlist of Origin headers. Required for browser-based clients (e.g. MCP Inspector). Requests with a disallowed Origin get HTTP 403. | |
| OIC_UPLOAD_TTL_SECS | No | Idle expiry in seconds for uploaded in-memory configs. | |
| OIC_REDIRECT_ALLOWED_SUFFIXES | No | Additional host suffixes to allow when OIC redirects; by default only the same host or the same region's design.integration.* host is allowed. | |
| OIC_UPLOAD_ALLOWED_HOST_SUFFIXES | No | Comma-separated allowlist of host suffixes permitted in uploaded configs. Defaults to .ocp.oraclecloud.com,.identity.oraclecloud.com. |
