Tool Namespaces & Detailed Operation

1. Maxion V16 — Hardware Telemetry & Thermal Load Benchmark

Provides non-invasive system telemetry and high-intensity compute benchmarking to measure CPU performance and throughput stability under sustained multi-core loads.

  • engine.maxion.activate — Gathers initial baseline telemetry (CPU package model, core topology, clock speeds, memory utilization, and thermal sensors).

  • engine.maxion.status — Real-time telemetry snapshot reporting current utilization, load averages, and thermal metrics.

  • engine.maxion.diagnostics — Comprehensive diagnostic pass analyzing core distribution, memory saturation, and sustained throughput stability.

  • engine.maxion.deactivate — Reports active governor status.

2. Diamonize LSA — On-Demand Zero-Trust Security Auditing

Provides on-demand file integrity verification, cryptographic hashing, and signature auditing for application files and running process tables.

  • security.diamonize.scan — Performs SHA-256 hashing and checks target buffers against known threat signatures (EICAR standard test string, obfuscated PowerShell patterns, ransomware shadow copy deletion strings, process injection primitives).

  • security.diamonize.status — Reports current security audit posture (transparently indicating on-demand audit mode, active engine path, and quarantine metrics).

  • security.diamonize.quarantine — Isolates and scrambles suspicious payload files into a local quarantine vault.

  • security.diamonize.logs — Retrieves structured JSONL audit logs of previous scans.

3. Quezar — AES-256-GCM Authenticated Encrypted Storage

Provides authenticated encryption for sensitive configuration, credentials, and artifacts using industry-standard NIST SP 800-38D AES-256-GCM.

  • storage.quezar.store — Generates a 96-bit initialization vector (IV), encrypts payload using AES-256-GCM, appends a 128-bit authentication tag, and stores the sector under a unique Vault ID.

  • storage.quezar.retrieve — Verifies authentication tag and decrypts sector payload by Vault ID.

  • storage.quezar.delete — Safely purges an encrypted sector from the vault.

  • storage.quezar.list — Enumerates active sector IDs.

  • storage.quezar.status — Reports total encrypted sectors and vault size on disk.

4. HMAC Vault — Payload Verification (stdio only)

Stateless HMAC-SHA256 signature verification validating that a payload was generated by a holder of the deployment secret (MAXION_DEPLOY_KEY).

  • vault.hmac.verify — Computes HMAC-SHA256(payload, MAXION_DEPLOY_KEY) and performs constant-time comparison against caller-supplied hash.

5. Lineage.0 VC — AI Video & Image Synthesis

Cloud multimedia generation via Amazon Bedrock:

  • media.lineage0.generate — Dispatches generation tasks to Amazon Nova Reel 1.1 (4K video) or Nova Canvas (commercial image generation) and returns a signed S3 retrieval URL.

  • media.lineage0.status — Real-time operational status of the Nova synthesis pipeline.

  • media.lineage0.archive — Lists recently generated multimedia artifacts in the output bucket.

6. Billing & Gateway Management

  • billing.purchase — Returns a free 30-minute trial key (Maxion/Diamonize/Quezar, once per module) or licensing details.

  • billing.activate — Verifies and activates a Gumroad license key.

  • gateway.status — Comprehensive overview of all 22 tool namespaces, license states, and active endpoints.

  • gateway.agent_instructions — Setup instructions for configuring IDEs and MCP clients.

  • gateway.restart — Exits stdio process for automatic client restart.

Native Engine Binaries & Wire Protocol

For high-performance native execution, the gateway integrates with native companion binaries (Maxion V16, diamonize-lsa, quezar-storage, and go_green_suite).

Resolution Order

  1. Environment variable $MAXION_ENGINE_DIR

  2. engines/ directory alongside mcp_wrapper.js

  3. Local build target directories (<app>/src-tauri/target/release/)

CLI Wire Protocol

When invoked via --cli, companion binaries communicate over standard I/O:

  • Input: JSON payload passed directly to stdin.

  • Output: JSON payload returned on stdout.

When companion binaries are absent, the gateway gracefully reports host-level telemetry or clean diagnostic information without crashing.

Verification & Testing

This repository ships only the deployable runtime -- the internal test suite lives in a separate private development repository and is not included here. Every tool call is fail-closed by design: a tool without a real backing engine reports that plainly (see engineAvailable() in mcp_wrapper.js and the equivalent honest-degradation handling in lambda.js) rather than returning a fabricated success.
