Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| BRAVE_API_KEY | No | API key for Brave search (enables `web_search`). | |
| JIRA_BASE_URL | No | Base URL for Jira instance (e.g., https://your-domain.atlassian.net). | |
| GITHUB_API_URL | No | Base URL for a self-hosted GitHub instance (defaults to https://api.github.com). | |
| JIRA_API_TOKEN | No | API token for Jira authentication (or PAT). | |
| PG_ALLOW_WRITE | No | Allow write operations on PostgreSQL (default `false`). Set to 'true' to enable. | |
| TAVILY_API_KEY | No | API key for Tavily search (enables `web_search`). | |
| SLACK_BOT_TOKEN | No | Slack bot token (enables `slack` module). | |
| ALLOW_EMAIL_AUTH | No | Whether to allow email/password sign-in (default true). Set to 'false' to disable. | |
| FILESYSTEM_ROOTS | No | Allowed filesystem roots for `fs_*` tools (default `./data/workspace`). | |
| GITHUB_CLIENT_ID | No | GitHub OAuth client ID for platform mode sign-in. | |
| GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID | No | Google OAuth client ID for platform mode sign-in. | |
| BETTER_AUTH_SECRET | No | Required to enable platform mode. Set to a random string (e.g., `openssl rand -base64 32`). | |
| SQLITE_ALLOW_WRITE | No | Allow write operations on SQLite (default `false`). Set to 'true' to enable. | |
