Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| PBIR_REPORT_PATH | No | Path to a .Report folder to auto-bind at startup (headless/eval mode). If the path is invalid the server logs to stderr and continues running unbound; use pbir_set_report to recover. The CLI arg form (node dist/index.js <path>) also works and wins when both are set. |
