| MCP_SEND_MODE | No | Controls write operations such as sending email. Keep set to `confirm` to require user confirmation before sending. | confirm |
| MS_CLIENT_SECRET | Yes | The client secret for the Entra application. Use the secret's Value, not the Secret ID. Edit this in `.env` after running `npm run setup`. |
