Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| AGENT_PRIVATE_KEY | No | Private key for the agent wallet on Avalanche Fuji (sandbox-live profile). Organizers fund this address with XSGD. | |
| GATEWAY_PASSPHRASE | No | Per-team passphrase for the event-prod profile (custodial USDC on Base). | |
| ISSUER_ORIGIN_ALLOWLIST | No | Comma-separated list of allowed issuer origins for paid POSTs. |
