| ALLOWED_GITHUB_LOGINS | Yes | Comma-separated list of GitHub usernames allowed to authorize (empty = deny all) | |
| COOKIE_ENCRYPTION_KEY | Yes | Encryption key for OAuth cookies (generate with openssl rand -hex 32) | |
| GOOGLE_MAPS_BROWSER_KEY | Yes | Google Maps API key (browser key) with Maps JavaScript API enabled, restricted by HTTP referrer |
