`PCEXPRESS_HTTP`	No	Set to 1 to enable HTTP mode (alternative to the --http command-line flag).
`PCEXPRESS_BANNER`	No	The banner (e.g., superstore, loblaws, nofrills, zehrs, etc.). Optional; can be set later via the set_active_store tool.
`PCEXPRESS_DOMAIN`	No	Bare domain for automatic HTTPS in docker-compose (used by Caddy).
`PCEXPRESS_STORE_ID`	No	The store ID (e.g., 1531). Optional; can be set later via the set_active_store tool.
`PCEXPRESS_CLIENT_ID`	No	OAuth client ID. Has a default baked into config.py; normally you don't need to set this.
`PCEXPRESS_HTTP_HOST`	No	Host to bind for HTTP mode (default: 127.0.0.1).
`PCEXPRESS_HTTP_PORT`	No	Port to bind for HTTP mode (default: 8090).
`PCEXPRESS_STATE_DIR`	No	Directory for auth state (default: ~/.pcexpress-mcp).
`PCEXPRESS_PUBLIC_URL`	No	Public https:// origin, no trailing slash. Required for HTTP mode. Used to build OAuth discovery metadata that must match the URL Claude used to reach you.
`PCEXPRESS_TOKEN_SECRET`	No	Encryption secret for tenant tokens. Required for HTTP mode. Generate with scripts/generate_secret.py; never commit it.
`PCEXPRESS_CLIENT_SECRET`	No	OAuth client secret. Has a default baked into config.py; normally you don't need to set this.
