Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| PILOT_MODE | No | Approval mode for the agent. One of `manual`, `supervised` (default), `auto`, or `full-auto`. Overrides the `mode` setting in ~/.pilot-browser/config.json. | |
| PILOT_CHROME | No | Path to the browser binary to use in managed mode. | |
| PILOT_UPLOAD_DIR | No | Directory from which the agent may upload files (e.g. ~/Documents/resumes). Uploads are restricted to this folder only. Overrides the `uploadDir` setting in ~/.pilot-browser/config.json. | |
| PILOT_PROFILE_DIR | No | Profile directory used when launching a managed browser instance. Overrides the `profileDir` setting in ~/.pilot-browser/config.json. | |
| PILOT_APPROVAL_TIMEOUT | No | Number of seconds to wait for a user approval before it times out. Overrides the `approvalTimeoutSeconds` setting in ~/.pilot-browser/config.json. |
