Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| CODEX_HOME | No | Passed through to Codex (login, config, threads). Defaults to `~/.codex`. | ~/.codex |
| CODEX_BRIDGE_DEBUG | No | When set to `1`, echoes app-server stderr to codex-bridge's stderr. Unset by default. |
