## Prerequisites

1. **Node.js 18+** — Download from [nodejs.org](https://nodejs.org) (pick LTS)
2. **SeaTalk App credentials** — From [open.seatalk.io](https://open.seatalk.io):
   - Create an App/Bot
   - Copy your **App ID** and **App Secret**
   - Enable messaging and contacts capabilities

---

## Quick Start (Local)

```bash
# Install dependencies
npm install
## Deploy to Railway (Recommended for Non-Devs)
1. Go to [railway.app](https://railway.app) and sign up (free tier available)
2. Click **"New Project"** → **"Deploy from GitHub repo"**
3. Connect your GitHub and upload this code (or use "Deploy from local")
4. Go to **Variables** tab and add:
   - `SEATALK_APP_ID` = your App ID
   - `SEATALK_APP_SECRET` = your App Secret
   - `PORT` = 3000
5. Railway will auto-detect the Dockerfile and deploy
6. Copy the public URL Railway gives you (e.g., `your-app.up.railway.app`)
7. Your MCP endpoint is: `https://your-app.up.railway.app/sse`
---
## Deploy to Render
1. Go to [render.com](https://render.com) and sign up
2. Click **"New"** → **"Web Service"**
3. Connect your repo or upload code
4. Set **Build Command**: `npm install && npm run build`
5. Set **Start Command**: `npm start`
6. Add Environment Variables:
   - `SEATALK_APP_ID` = your App ID
   - `SEATALK_APP_SECRET` = your App Secret
7. Deploy and copy the URL
---
## Connect to Migoo
Once deployed, add it as a custom MCP:
1. Use the URL: `https://YOUR-DEPLOYED-URL/sse`
2. That's it — the tools will appear automatically
