Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| MESSAGING_STORE | No | Another shared database path. Use the same value in the MCP entry's env as in your shell. | |
| WIRECAT_STATE_DIR | No | Another WireCat folder; the default database is ~/.local/share/WireCat/wirecat.db. |
