Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| KETTLE_KNOWLEDGE_DIR | No | Optional. Overrides the embedded knowledge base so several checkouts can share one canonical knowledge tree. When unset, the packaged src/knowledge/pentaHo is used (self-contained default). |
