Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| asc_private_key | No | The .p8 itself. Optional; if absent, the standard path ~/.appstoreconnect/private_keys/AuthKey_<asc_key_id>.p8 is tried. | |
| LEO_TESTFLIGHT_MCP_STATE | No | The register's location. Defaults to $XDG_STATE_HOME/leo-testflight-mcp/projects.json if not set. |
