featherless

TypeScript-сервер MCP FHIR R4, совместимый с SHARP-on-MCP, с клиническими панелями мониторинга MCP-UI. Работает на Cloudflare Workers.

Родственный проект sharp-fhir-mcp (Python, FastMCP 2.x). Те же семантики SHARP, тот же набор инструментов, те же визуализации Chart.js в MCP-UI — переписано на TypeScript для edge-вычислений.

Ядро

  • Транспорт SHARP HTTP через SDK Cloudflare agents (McpAgent, сессии на базе Durable Objects)

  • Контекст на основе заголовков (X-FHIR-Server-URL, X-FHIR-Access-Token, X-Patient-ID) с резервным использованием утверждений SMART JWT

  • Строгий и разрешительный режимы контекста

  • Возможность experimental.fhir_context_required, внедряемая в initialize
