Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

`MCP_TRANSPORT`	No	Transport mode. Set to 'stdio' for local stdio, default is streamable HTTP.	http
`PUBLIC_BASE_URL`	No	Public base URL of the server. Setting this enables OAuth authentication.
`NAV_HISTORY_PATH`	No	Path to the nav_history parquet file, or an az:// URL when using Azure Blob.	./data/nav_history.parquet
`SCHEME_MASTER_PATH`	No	Path to the scheme_master parquet file, or an az:// URL when using Azure Blob.	./data/scheme_master.parquet
`AZURE_STORAGE_CONNECTION_STRING`	No	Azure Storage connection string. Required only if NAV_HISTORY_PATH and SCHEME_MASTER_PATH are az:// URLs.
