Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| MTN_COLLECTION_SUBSCRIPTION_KEY | Yes | Subscription key for MTN MoMo Collection API (sandbox or production). | |
| MTN_DISBURSEMENT_SUBSCRIPTION_KEY | Yes | Subscription key for MTN MoMo Disbursement API. |
