Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| OAUTH_CLIENT_ID | No | The OAuth client ID. | |
| PUBLIC_BASE_URL | Yes | The final HTTPS origin, e.g. https://mcp.example.com. Do not include /mcp. | |
| MCP_USER_PASSWORD | Yes | Password for the initial MCP realm user. | |
| POSTGRES_PASSWORD | Yes | Password for the PostgreSQL database. | |
| OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRET | Yes | The OAuth client secret. | |
| CHATGPT_CALLBACK_URL | Yes | The full ChatGPT callback URL, e.g. https://chatgpt.com/connector/oauth/<callback_id> | |
| CLOUDFLARE_TUNNEL_TOKEN | No | Token for the optional Cloudflare Tunnel. | |
| KEYCLOAK_ADMIN_PASSWORD | Yes | Password for the Keycloak admin user. |
