# API Meter MCP server

Remote MCP server for [API Meter](https://api-meter-lab.pages.dev): per-customer API usage analytics by Canada Site Ops.

## Tools

| Tool | Auth | What it does |

| `create_account` | none (5 signups/hour per network) | Sign up an API: returns slug, ingest key, dashboard key (shown once) |
| `get_ingest_snippet` | none | Server code for express, hono, fastapi, flask, django, go or curl |
| `get_usage` | dashboard key (`msd_...`) | Monthly usage by customer, endpoint or plan, with an `agent_requests` bucket (plan labels ending in `-agent`) |
| `export_usage` | dashboard key | Billing-ready rows (detail or customers), JSON or CSV |

AI agent traffic is normal usage: counted and billed like any request.
