Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| MCP_ACCESS_KEY | Yes | A self-generated long random string (recommended at least 32 characters). Also serves to protect the remote MCP address and encrypt the Gmail refresh token. | |
| ALLOWED_ORIGINS | Yes | Allowed CORS origins. Use 'null' for offline HTML with file:// origin, or comma-separated list for multiple origins. | |
| GMAIL_TOKEN_BLOB | No | The encrypted Gmail refresh token string generated after the one-time Gmail authorization step. | |
| GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID | Yes | The Google OAuth Client ID generated in Google Cloud Console. | |
| GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET | Yes | The Google OAuth Client Secret generated in Google Cloud Console. |
