| MCP_SERVER_NAME | No | Optional instance identity name (e.g., 'thor-memory'). When empty, the first label of the hostname is used. | |
| OWNER_PASSPHRASE | Yes | The owner passphrase for the MCP server. Required for authentication and OAuth. Generate one with `openssl rand -base64 24`. |
