Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| ALLOWED_EMAIL | Yes | The email address allowed to access the MCP server (must match the Cloudflare Access policy). | |
| MCP_SERVER_URL | Yes | The public MCP endpoint URL, e.g. https://<worker-origin>/mcp | |
| COOKIE_ENCRYPTION_KEY | Yes | A hex-encoded encryption key for OAuth state cookies. Generate with `openssl rand -hex 32`. |
