Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

`COACH_USERS`	Yes	Comma-separated list of household members served by the single worker, e.g. "me,partner".
`COACH_USER_ID`	No	Fallback user used when a bearer token is not associated with any user.
`COACH_OAUTH_USER_2`	No	Primary user mapped to the second OAuth client, e.g. "partner".
`COACH_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID`	No	OAuth client ID for the first Claude connector.	claude-connector
`FATSECRET_CONSUMER_KEY`	Yes	FatSecret OAuth 1.0 Consumer Key from platform.fatsecret.com (API Keys → OAuth 1.0).
`COACH_OAUTH_CLIENT_ID_2`	No	OAuth client ID for the second Claude connector (separate Claude account), e.g. "claude-connector-partner".
`COACH_OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRET`	Yes	OAuth client secret for the first Claude connector (OAuth Client ID `claude-connector`). Required: `/token` only issues tokens to clients presenting this secret. Generate e.g. with `openssl rand -hex 32`.
`FATSECRET_CONSUMER_SECRET`	Yes	FatSecret OAuth 1.0 Consumer Secret from platform.fatsecret.com (API Keys → OAuth 1.0).
`COACH_OAUTH_CLIENT_SECRET_2`	No	OAuth client secret for the second Claude connector, used when a second household member connects their own Claude account.
