Server Configuration

Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

NameRequiredDescriptionDefault
UISIGHT_LANGNoSets the tool language; e.g. "tr" exposes Turkish tool names (ekrani_gor, denetle, ...).
UISIGHT_TOOLSNoSelects which MCP tools are exposed and thus how many tool-definition tokens are charged per request. Values include "all" (default, all nine tools, ~1,065 tokens per request) or "core" / a comma-separated list such as "goto, inspect" (e.g. only what a measuring session needs: goto, inspect, see_screen, status).
UISIGHT_NO_INSTALLNoSet to 1 to turn off the first-run offer to download Playwright browsers everywhere. Without it, uisight offers to fetch Chromium (~700 MB, once) in a terminal, and never asks or downloads where there is nobody to answer (CI, or a panel started by an editor or agent host) — it names the exact command instead.
UISIGHT_MAX_IMAGE_TOKENSNoCaps the token cost of a full-page screenshot returned by see_screen. The response reports what it cost and what was left out.2000
