Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| P2PA_DOC_POLL_MS | No | Polling interval in milliseconds for Google Doc steering. | 4000 |
| P2PA_GOOGLE_SA_JSON | No | Path to Google service account JSON key file (never paste the JSON into env). Required for Google Docs integration. |
