| OPENAI_API_KEY | No | Your OpenAI API key. Required if EMBEDDING_PROVIDER is 'openai'. | |
| EMBEDDING_PROVIDER | No | Set to 'ollama' for free local AI, or 'openai' for OpenAI. If not set, a safe fallback is used. |
