Server Configuration

Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

NameRequiredDescriptionDefault
IMD_MAX_SPENDNoThe most one payment may be, in IMD (e.g. "0.5"). The CLI and MCP server pay nothing unless this is set and the price is at most this value.
IMD_PRIVATE_KEYNoPrivate key of a wallet used only for IMD orders. Without a key every tool is free and imd_order answers with a dry run. The CLI and MCP server read it into memory and never write, log or echo it.
IMD_SESSION_CAPNoThe most a single run of the MCP server may spend, in IMD (e.g. "1"). Defaults to IMD_MAX_SPEND, so one order per process by default.
IMD_MCP_AUTH_TOKENNoBearer token required for streamable HTTP mode when a wallet is configured and the server binds to an address other than 127.0.0.1; every request must then send Authorization: Bearer <token>.
