| TOKEN_ENCRYPTION_KEY | Yes | AES-256-GCM key for encrypting Google Health tokens at rest | |
| ALLOWED_GOOGLE_EMAILS | Yes | Comma-separated list of allowed Google email addresses for sign-in |
