Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

`FALKORDB_URL`	No	Admin connection URL for FalkorDB. Used only to load UDFs, create ACL users and copy graphs.
`VENICE_API_KEY`	No	Optional Venice API key. Without it the desk still runs: requests are parsed by a deterministic parser, explanations come from templates, and embeddings come from the shipped cache.
`STARE_CHAT_MODEL`	No	Chat model used for parsing requests and explanations. Defaults to z-ai-glm-5-3-flash.	z-ai-glm-5-3-flash
`STARE_AUDITOR_KEY`	No	MCP key for the read-only auditor's FalkorDB MCP server.
`STARE_EMBED_MODEL`	No	Embedding model used by the desk. Defaults to text-embedding-qwen3-0-6b at 512 dimensions.	text-embedding-qwen3-0-6b
`STARE_TOKEN_SECRET`	Yes	Signs desk and MCP tokens.

`STARE_MAX_SANDBOXES`	No	Maximum number of visitor sandbox desks. Default 150.	150
