Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| OFFX_EXPECTED_EGRESS_IP | Yes | Your VPN exit IP — all traffic must leave through this | |
| OFFX_FORBIDDEN_EGRESS_IP | Yes | Your VPS raw IP — must never be the egress |
