Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| FASTMAIL_DOWNLOAD_DIR | No | Optional directory where downloaded attachments are saved. Defaults to ~/Downloads/fastmail-mcp/. | |
| FASTMAIL_CALDAV_PASSWORD | No | Optional CalDAV password/app-specific password for calendar tools. | |
| FASTMAIL_CALDAV_USERNAME | No | Optional CalDAV username for calendar tools. Use an app-specific password. | |
| FASTMAIL_WEBDAV_PASSWORD | No | Optional WebDAV password used by save_attachment_to_webdav. | |
| FASTMAIL_WEBDAV_USERNAME | No | Optional WebDAV username used by save_attachment_to_webdav. | |
